Mabel’s Facelift Inspiration

Mabel is completely gutted and ready to be put back together. I have spent the last few months searching for inspiration across the web in hopes of finding an updated airstream with my style—and I actually found a few of them! Here is one of my favorites!

I have major heart eyes for this bold green kitchen! I definitely want to do colored cabinets.

Right now our bathroom is in the back of Mabel, but we would love to move the bedroom to the back and the bathroom to the side like this trailer.

okay, if we were able to put in a bathroom like this I would die!

So are you in love with this trailer as much as we are?

Gutting Mabel

Mabel was pretty much demoed when we got her, but a few things were left including a perfectly intact blue bathroom as well as valances, appliances, curtains and a few other odds and ends that needed to be thrown away. Its funny how when you first start a project you see the big things and think…that won’t take long to get out, but then you get into it and you massively underestimated how much work it is. Even with the few things we had to remove it took around 5 hours to get everything out. But we did it and now we have a clean slate to work with!!
